Check in was a breeze. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The people are very easy to talk to. I have been coming to Premier from long before when they were in Fullerton, and will continue to come to them for my service work.

My visit was amazing. Lou took care of me from booking my appointment to seeing me the day of appointment at 7am. He called me right away when my truck was ready. He drove it up to me when we were done with paperwork. I will be coming to Lou again for his amazing customer service.

Enrique Williams and Ivan were really helpful today when I got my oil change done for my Chrysler 300. Enrique was very helpful and explained the fees and services to me. My car was completed on a timely manner. When I went to pick it up Ivan assisted with my vehicle , and was very polite and helpful.

I always have a great experience at this dealership. My service advisor was William and he was outstanding. All of my needs were addressed at a fair price and I could tell how much better my car drove when I picked it up. I was traveling and stayed the night in Buena Park. When my Pacifica van broke down. I was able to get it to the dealership and everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. They immediately ran the diagnostic on my van and told me they could fix my car within a couple of hours. They had an Uber take me and my family to lunch and back while they worked on my car. And when I picked up my van they didn’t charge me anything even though my van was no longer under warranty. This ...

I had an AC problem and Lou, in the service department, told when the AC specialist was available to check the vehicle. A replacement part was ordered abs Lou called me that the part was available and the best date to bring the van for service. Greatly appreciated his attention to costumer needs.
