This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and service. Service department doesn't update you on anything. Simple services that my warranty company confirms don't take no more than a few hours are taking a month. Yes, my car is STILL there. Do not come here. Tell everyone that ask about it the same. Get this place shut down for incompetent service.

I trusted Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buena Park with my brand-new 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie for scheduled service and updates. Using Uconnect, I discovered that my truck was taken on a 43-mile unauthorized trip by a technician, including a stop at a donut shop, which was entirely unrelated to the service visit. This dealership lists cars for what looks like a good price on autotrader just to get you in the door. Once you test drive a vehicle they tell you their autotrader listings aren't real and jack up their prices $5000 or more. They don't even try to negotiate either. This car lot is poorly managed and a waste of time. Spend your money anywhere else!

Service is horrible, service advisor Giovanni Valerie is more interested in diagnosis from his chair than helping customers, I have a 2015 2500 diesel truck and a 2018 JLU Rubicon so between the two vehicles I have spent well in excess of 100K! You would think this dealership would at least help. Worst experience of my life, don’t worry I called Dodge and they agree with me, they are directing me to a more helpful dealer!

As the owner of an elevator company, we go through a lot of vehicles. I decided to contact Premier's fleet department for pricing on two (2) one ton trucks with utility body and lift gates. The fleet salesman said he would call me back after checking inventory. No response. Tried to call the General Manager, Augie. Sat on hold for 20 minutes and called it a day. If you cannot be responsive on the front side, I cannot imagine what your service is like after the sale. Lot our business before you ever earned it.

Customer service is top notch here in service. When my brand new Ram diesel had catastrophic engine failure and the manufacturer dragged their heels, the team here at Premier stepped up. Definitely do not recommend this place. Montana the sales supervisor ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization, I visited the dealer not to buy but to ask for an explanation for which Montana stated it was standard procedure, he continuously addressed me as SON after I told him to call me by name. Car came in with a simple fix key fob had malfunctioned. I have a lifetime warranty thru mopar. Service will always say your problem is not covered, I saw it happen to another person also in the 1 hr I was there. They do this to make people pay cash for services that are completely covered. Poor management of dealership, highly understaffed service department and poor quality control. Appointment made for a Saturday, and only "1" service department writer and waited over 45 minutes. This attributes to being a management scheduling issue, lack of customer service. No return phone calls by voice mail nor even to others within the service department. First, I was charged $400 for a $65 sensor that was easily accessible to the mechanic. A day later the check engine light was back on, same code. Online ad had a Jeep for $36k, only to find out that when I got there the total price was $52k. I drove three hours to get there to only find the price jumped $15k. I was looking for a white volvo S80 with beige interior and came across Premier website advertising it. My experience with Tyson was nothing less than professional. I virtually purchased my car over the phone, when I arrived to the dealership and saw the vehicle I was more than happy with how good it looked. Unlike Tuttle Click in Tustin, who treats you like a foregone conclusion (monopoly on parts of OC since they own the Tustin and Irvine Jeep dealerships) Premier Jeep in Placentia actually cares. Brought in my Jeep (07) Wrangler to have the hoses replaced as they are all original. (153,000) I was thinking of installing high performance after market hoses; but, after a conversation with Moe he said you could, if you want to spend the extra money. However, you don't have a high performance engine, so you might want to put your money towards other immediate service needs or modifications. The best thing about this dealership is they do what they say they're going to do. I was called and informed that my airbag was under recall they scheduled an appointment to see me the next day. They told me it would take roughly 2 hours to complete the job and it actually took less than that. I was able to schedule my day according to what they told me I didn't have to reschedule anything else so thankful for that.

Charles the salesperson was the nicest 'car salesman' I have ever met. No hard pressure, no sales pitch, just answered my questions and was extremely helpful and nice. I purchased a used 2012 Jeep from Premier Chrysler Jeep in Placentia a few weeks ago and was very pleased with my experience. Colton was very informative and friendly and the service manager Moe, was extremely helpful explaining all the features in the jeep and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. No hassle or feelings of pressure as I drove away happy in my new jeep.

I came in with a headlight that had always had condensation. I bought my car here in 2012 and it never became a real problem until recently. The headlight was completely rusting from the inside out and my light stopped working. I met Daniel Ferraro when I came in and he offered the absolute best customer service I have gotten. I was less than thrilled when my check engine light turned on half way to my destination. I took my car in for service for leaking oil and Daniel assisted me right away. The customer service is great in this dealership. Daniel did ask me if I needed a rental or ride but luckily I didn't but I really thought that's nice of the dealer employees for being thoughtful. I am from Scottsdale and had driven to Cali for a charity event. I had driven thru a car wash in which ripped my license plate holder off and was only hanging by the cable to the plate light. The only things positive I have to say about this place is Debbie Pepper & Keith Allison are very nice and easy to work with and if you must use their service dept. they have extended hours. Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport and feel like we got a pretty good price after dealer discounts and rebates. Got the run around trying to fix a problem on a car I bought from them. When I was final able to pick up the car the person at the service deck saw me walking up and left, had to wait for someone else to show up to pick up the car. It just gave me the feeling they didn't care about you after they sold you a car.
