How Winners are Chosen

2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Jeep Wagoneer L models were selected as best family vehicles following U.S. New and World Report evaluations. Their methodology combines the vehicles’ overall scores in the U.S. News and World Report best car rankings for safety and reliability, seating and cargo volume, and the availability of family-friendly features. In each class of vehicles covered by this award, the vehicle with the highest composite score is named the best car for families in that category.
